Applied Solutions for Management is an owner-managed consulting firm: Your interim solution for turnaround management, agile project management & digitalization, implementation & digitalization and coaching with a focus on finance and contolling, mostly in the logistics industry.
In my many years of experience with medium-sized companies and large corporations, I have found that many great change concepts have been presented by well-known consulting companies and have also been decided by the management. However, it was never actually implemented. Usually it were difficulties in the last mile or the operational implementation in general that prevented success.
This is where I come in. My name is Michael Kruppa, MBA. I am your concrete implementer of these concepts. I’ll come to your company and implement these concepts from the consulting firms together with your key personnel.
At the same time, with my external approach, I listen carefully to the department heads and employees as a link at eye level: I observe and identify options quickly and together with my clients. Thanks to my participatory and authentic management style, I tackle things operationally and in a solution-oriented manner, so that operational change processes gain momentum, which are successfully implemented AND at the same time accepted within the company.
